IC Lotos Tuzla, new project implementation

IC Lotos from Tuzla, the lead organisation in the Tuzla Canton coalition of disabled person''''s organisations, enjoyed successful cooperation with STIL, both a Swedish MyRight member and a member of ENIL, the European Network for Independent Living, on a joint project to host a four-day conference dedicated to independent living for persons with disabilities.

More than 50 participants from the country and from Europe attended the conference. Part of the conference involved a live transmission of the 20th Session of the Universal Periodic Review, at which respect for human rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina was discussed.
